Required Manuscript Sections (in order)

  • 1. Title - Arial Font, Size 16, Bold, Max 2 Lines
  • 2. Author(s) - Include school addresses & personal email
  • 3. Abstract - Maximum 300 words
  • 4. Keywords - 4-6 keywords separated by semicolons
  • 5. Introduction, Methods, Results & Discussion
  • 6. Conclusion - Summary of research results
  • 7. Acknowledgements & References
  • 8. Authors Bio - No word limit per author

Font & Formatting

  • Body text: 10pt Arial, single-spaced
  • Main headings: 14pt Arial, bold
  • Subheadings: 12pt Arial, italic & bold
  • Use Microsoft Word (not WPS, Pages, etc.)
  • English only - no non-English characters

Document Requirements

  • Submit both Word and PDF files named "LastName_FirstName"
  • Include original images in PNG format
  • All figures/tables must be referenced in text
  • Similarity & AI rate below 20% (Turnitin check)

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • • Missing school addresses in author information
  • • Not referring to tables and figures in the main text (e.g., "Table 1", "Figure 2")
  • • Incorrect capitalization of Table/Figure references in text
  • • Not following the exact template format and spacing requirements
